الملامح الفارقة لدلالة الألفاظ عند الزرکشي [ شرح البردة أنموذجًا ]

نظراً لأهمية الوصول إلي الملامح الدقيقة الفارقة لدلالة الألفاظ التي يوهم ظاهرها الترادف والتقارب في المعني، فقمت بهذه الدراسة عند الإمام الزرکشي من خلال شرحه " بردة البوصيري" التي مدح بها النبي المصطفي ـ rـ وقد قامت الدراسة في هذا البحث علي مقدمة: تشتمل علي : أهمية الموضوع ، ودوافع اختياري له ، وخطة البحث ، وتمهيد بعنوان : الزرکشي وشرحه للبردة ، ثم تقديم :عن الملامح المميزة لدلالات الألفاظ والفروق اللغوية ، وتسعة مباحث ، المبحث الأول کان بعنوان :الملامح الفارقة باعتبار اختلاف الصيغة ، والثاني: الملامح الفارقة باعتبار العموم والخصوص ، والثالث: الملامح الفارقة باعتبار صفات المعنيين ، والرابع : الملامح الفارقة باعتبار الاختلاف الحرکي، والخامس : الملامح الفارقة باعتبار الحرکة والسکون ، والسادس : الملامح الفارقة باعتبار اختلاف الوحدة الصوتية ، والسابع : الملامح الفارقة باعتبار النقيض ، والثامن: الملامح الفارقة باعتبار الاشتقاق ، والتاسع : الملامح الفارقة باعتبار ما يؤول إليه المعنيان ، ثم الخاتمة: بها أهم النتائج ، ثم فهارس عامة .
ومن أهمية هذه الدراسة أنها کشفت عن أهم الملامح التي تعمل علي التفريق بين دلالات الألفاظ التي يوهم ظاهرها التقارب في المعني ، کما أنها کشفت عن دور السياق في انتقاء الألفاظ ذات الدلالة المعَبِّرَة ، کما کشفت الدراسة ـ أيضاً ـ عن أثر الفروق اللغوية ودور الملامح الفارقة في بناء الأحکام الفقهية ، وما يترتب علي حدود هذه الألفاظ من حکم شرعي ، کما أن وجود الملامح الفارقة بين دلالة الألفاظ المتقاربة المعاني يُعَدُّ دليلاً علي إعجاز اللغة العربية وميزة من ميزاتها .111

Abstract: This research is entitled: The Distinguishing Features of the Significance of Expressions by Al-Zarkashi, "Explaining Burda as a Model"
Given the importance of reaching the precise features that distinguish the significance of the expressions that seem to be synonymous with convergence in the meaning, I did this study with Imam Al Zarkashi through his explanation of the “Bardat Al-Busairi” praised by the Prophet Al-Mustafa, peace be upon him. The study in this research included an introduction: It includes:
On : The importance of the topic, the motives for my choice, the research plan, and a preface entitled: Al-Zarkashi and his explanation of the cold, then an introduction: on the distinctive features of the connotations of expressions and linguistic differences, and nine topics, the first topic was entitled: the distinctive features considering the difference in the form, and the second: the distinguishing features in view of the general Especially, The third: the distinguishing features considering the qualities of the two meanings, the fourth: the distinguishing features considering the kinetic difference, the fifth: the distinguishing features as the movement and the stillness, and the sixth: the distinguishing features as the difference in the acoustic unit, the seventh: the distinguishing features as the opposite, and the eighth: the distinguishing features as the derivation, and the ninth: the features The difference in terms of what the two meanings refer to,: Then the conclusion: with the most important results, then general indexes.
This distinctive image that was published in the Alliance between the Semantics of the Words that was published has been announced, and this image appeared in a distinctive mark, and this matter was announced in a romantic relationship.
The study also revealed the effect of linguistic differences and the role of differentiating features in building jurisprudential rulings, and the legal ruling implications of the limits of these words, and the presence of distinguishing features between the connotations of close meanings is an evidence of the miracle of the Arabic language and one of its features.
