الإدارة المملوکية وسفارة فلورنسا الأولى 825 هـ/ 1422م قراءة في يوميات فليتشي برانکاتشي Felice Brancacci

تعد العلاقات التجارية بين السلطنة المملوکية والمدن الإيطالية حجر الزاوية في نشاط مصر التجاري خلال عصر المماليک الجراکسة، سواء کانت مع البندقية أو جنوة أو بيزا وفلورنسا. ومن أهم ما يلاحظ على هذه العلاقات هو التنظيم التجاري والتبادل السلعي بين السلطنة وبينهم، وقد أمکن التعرف على ما يحکم هذه العلاقات من خلال الوثائق الرسمية الموجودة في دور الأرشيف الإيطالية، بالإضافة إلى رحلات الرحالة الإيطاليين التي وصفت العلاقة بين الجانبين، والمصادر المملوکية.
وهذه الدراسة تبحث دور رجال الإدارة المملوکية في التعامل مع السفارات الأجنبية، من خلال رواية إيطالية، وهي رواية رسمية في صيغة رحلة، کتبها أحد السفراء، يصف فيها ما مر به مع رجال الإدارة المملوکية، لکي يتحصل على ما يعتقده أنه أفضل المکاسب لمدينته فلورنسا، ورسمه لصورة الموظفين داخل الإدارة المملوکية، ودورهم المؤثر في خروج هذه الاتفاقيات وتنفيذها.

Abstract: The commercial relations between the Mamluk Sultanate and the Italian cities are considered the cornerstone of Egypt's commercial activity during the era of the Circassian Mamluks, whether it was with Venice, Genoa, Pisa and Florence. Among the most important notes on these relationships is the commercial organization and commodity exchange between the Sultanate and them, and it is possible to identify what governs these relations through the official documents found in the role of the Italian archive, In addition to the Italian travelers trips that described the relationship between the two sides, and the Mamluk sources.
This study examines the role of the Mamluk administration in dealing with foreign embassies, through an Italian novel, which is an official account in the form of a trip, written by one of the ambassadors, describing what he went through with the Mamluk administration, in order to obtain what he believed to be the best gains for his city, Florence. And drawing of the image of employees within the Mamluk administration, and their influential role in the exit and implementation of these agreements.
