آليات التواصل اللغوي لدى الأصوليين والبلاغيين واللسانيين (المقاصد الکلامية نموذجًا)

جاء البحث ليُقدِّم مُصطلح المقاصد أو القصدية على أصعدة متباعدة زمنيًّا، ومُتقاربة فکريًّا في جوانب، ومتباعدة في جوانب أخرى؛ بما يشهد للسَّابق بالفضل، وللاحق بالتَّنظير والتَّبويب؛ فإذا کان الفقهاء قد مارسوا التَّطبيق، فإنَّ علماء الأصول هم من نظَّر وأصَّل للمقاصد، وإذا کان علماء البلاغة قد مارسوها تطبيقًا وتفصيلًا، فإنَّ البرجماتيين هم من نظَّر وأسَّس، ومع أنَّ البحث قد سلک مسلکًا تجميعيًّا؛ يقوم على التَّقريب ما أمکن بين تلک الجهود؛ إلَّا أنَّه لم يخلُ من التَّطبيق أحيانًا.
وتهدف هذه الدِّراسة إلى تحديد أطر نظريَّة المقاصد عند علماء الأصول والبرجماتيين من ناحية وجهود علماء البلاغة من ناحية ثانية کالجاحظ وأبي هلال العسکري والخفاجي والجرجاني والسَّکَّاکي والقرطاجني وابن خلدون، مع محاولة التَّطبيق على نصٍّ من بلاغات النِّساء لابن طيفور.
أمَّا المنهج المتَّبع فهو المنهج الوصفيّ الذي يقف أمام فرضيَّات البحث بالاستقراء والمقارنة والتَّحليل لتحقيق التَّقارب بين مفهوم المقاصد الأصوليَّة والبلاغيَّة والبرجماتيَّة وفق ما جاء في نظريَّة أفعال الکلام لأنَّها الأقرب لکشف مقصديَّة الفعل وتداوله.

Mechanisms of linguistic communication among fundamentalists, rhetorics, and linguists (al-maqasid al-rabi as a model)

Abstract: This research presents the concept of intentionality across relatively long temporal periods, taking into consideration both convergent and divergent thinking. While this research has investigated the efforts and contribution of philologist, rhetorical scholars, founding philosoph
ers and pragmatics, it involves practical aspects.
This study aims to identify the frameworks of  ‘intentionality theory’ among fundamentalists and pragmatics on the one hand and rhetorialc scholars on the other hand, such as Al-Jahiz, Abu Hilal Al-Askari, Al-Khafaji, Al-Jarjani, Al-Sakaki, Al-Qurtajani, and Ibn Khaldun, with an attempt to apply the intentionality theory on “Women's Communications” text by Ibn Tayfour.
The research followed a descriptive approach that employs extrapolation, comparison and analysis to achieve convergence according to speech acts theory as it conveys the act's intention.
