من البلاغة النبوية في أحاديث حقوق الذرية

تحليل بلاغي لأحاديث رسول الله - e- التي تبين حقوق الذرية، وکيف استطاع رسول الله -e- أن يسبق کل الدراسات الحديثة في مراعاة الحقوق الأساسية والنفسية، وقد أتت خطة البحث من مقدمة، وتمهيد، ومبحثين، وخاتمة، وثبت للمصادر والمراجع، وفهرس للموضوعات، وقد اعتمدت على المنهج التکاملي، والمنهج التحليلي التذوقي وکان هو عماد البحث، وقد استعنت بمصادر متون الحديث الکتب الصحاح الستة، إضافة إلى ما خلفه المربون المسلمون من تراث قيم جليل، وأتت الخاتمة التي تضم أهم النتائج، ومنها: تنويع الأسلوب فنرى الإنشائي والخبري على حسب المقام، وقد کانت ألفاظ الأحاديث متناسبة مع ما ترمي إليه من معاني، کما کان للتشخيص والتمثيل ومخالفة الظاهر دور فاعل في تقريب المراد أو التأکيد على معنى معين يهدف إليه الحديث.

From The Prophetic Rhetoric In The Hadiths OfAtomic Rights.

Abstract: A rhetorical analysis of the hadiths of the Messenger of God - God bless him and grant him peace- which clarify the rights of offspring, and how the Messenger of God managed to precede all modern studies in observing basic and psychological rights, The research plan came from an introduction, an smoothing, two articles, a conclusion, an evidence of sources and references, and an index of topics, It relied on the integrative approach, and the analytical and gastronomic approach, which was the mainstay of the research, and I used the sources of the text of the hadith, the six authentic books, in addition to what Muslim educators left from the legacy of great values, and the conclusion came that includes the most important results, including: the diversification of the method, so we see the construction and the expert according to Al-Maqam, and the terms of the hadiths were proportional to the meanings aimed at it, and the diagnosis, representation and contradiction of the apparent had an effective role in approximating the intended or emphasizing a specific meaning to which the hadith aims.
