المرأة ودورها في الواحات المصرية خلال العصر الروماني المتأخر

تعددت الدراسات التي تناولت دور المرأة في مصر خلال العصر الروماني، ولکن عند الحديث عن الواحـــات المصرية، يتبادر إلى الذهـــــن ظروف جغرافية وحياتية مختلفــــة، عن تلک التي کانت سائدة في الوادي والدلتا؛ ولذلک کان هذا هو الدافع وراء معرفة دور المرأة  في الواحات خلال العصر الروماني المتأخر، وذلک على النحو الآتي: الأسماء التي أطلقت على المرأة، الحقوق التي حظيت بها المرأة ( حق الميراث – حق البيع والشراء – حق الشهادة )، دور المرأة في المجال الزراعي والصناعي والتجاري، دور المرأة في الحياة الأسرية،  بجانب الزينة والحلي في حياة المرأة.

Women and their role in the Egyptian oases

Abstract: there were many studies on the role of women, in Egypt during the Roman period, but when we talk about the Egyptian oases, we find, different geographical and life, conditions, from those that were widespread in the valley and the delta. Therefore, this was the motivation, to know the role of women in the oases, in the late roman period, as follows: the names of the women, the rights that women enjoyed (the right to inherit - the right to buy and sell - the right to testify), the role of women, in the, agricultural, industrial and commercial fields, the role of women in life of family, beside this, adornment and jewelry in a woman's life.
